It's not ok to hit a loved one

'I'll give a tight slap' is a kind of phrase we all have heard in our childhood and many must have even experienced it. But have we ever gave it a thought that how it could affect a child's personality?
There are many houses where children are still beated. Broken glass? a slap, not doing homework? a slap, flung the exams? a slap, to all the problems there exist only one solution. Parents find it easier to hit than to made children realise their mistakes. And because of all this beatings kids may stop doing wrong but not because they know it's wrong istead beacause of fear. Hiting has never been a solution, it snatches the right of experiencing and experimenting. Children don't able to learn from their mistakes. And for all this parents have a single justification that they love their child and to make latter realise their mistake, they hit them. But ain't there any other ways to do that? But of course parents can born a child but how can invest their time for them? Hiting always seems easier than communicating.
And once this child grows up, he starts hiting his wife as children never learn from what they are being said instead from what they see. He too had learned from his parents to hit on mistakes and his justification would also be -It's okay to hit a loved one.
Now it depends upon us, to change the future. Voilence is a voilence by anyone or a loved one.

Anyway, before you think I am some oldie who loves to lecture on the 'good old days', let me tell you I am not. Infact these are my mother's beloved belongings, one which she still proudly flaunts to my generation. Let me tell you something, in 2021 during lockdown, I wrote three letters and posted them to my cousins. Well they already were expecting the above mentioned letters but still I want to feel the experience of writing letters, folding them nicely, putting them in envelope, writing the a...
